Humana Eco-Print will be offering us an amazing opportunity to create our very own textile creation by hand, using fresh leaves and plants that we will gather ourselves, to naturally transfer the botanical images onto tote bags that we will take home with us.

Finca Valconejos has created an incredible farm space where we will visit to explore the world of creating handmade soap and visit their essential oil distilling lab.

We will enjoy the endless list of examples of living in harmony with the land and integrating the surrounding natural resources into daily life.

Finca Ebaye is the small family farm that will host our leisurely morning of the Eco-Print workshop.

We will be served a local sustainable lunch in the charming company of the owners.

Founded in 1870, Destilerias Martes Santo is a traditional local distillery that features organic and regional varieties of liqueurs in addition to its gin and classic aguardientes. We will visit their distillery and museum to get a look at yet another type of and use of distilling.

Eli Belmonte is a seasoned profesional flamenco dancer who has seen many years of stage and teaching. Though she lives right here she is currently traveling the country sharing her art in a variety of courses and giving concerts. She has dedicated her entire life to her art, and she will be spending an evening with us to show us some flamenco basics and give us a private show with other local musicians.

Finca Montefrio is a small organic family farm that adheres strictly to strong family values and a commitment to the environment and caring for the land they live on.

They provide quality organic meat and meat products with an incredible love and respect for the animals that live with them.
